Make sure your computer system is properly configured as follows.

Audio/video playback environment

We recommend an environment using the below player software (plug-ins) and OS (operating systems) to view streamed audio and video files.

Note:

  1. The type of distribution media is indicated at the end of the "Event" description in the conference list. Please refer to the section bordered in red in the below display example.
  2. JavaScript and cookies must be enabled. To enable JavaScript and cookies, follow the instructions below.
  3. We recommend a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels or higher.
  4. We recommned a line speed equivalent to that provided by an ADSL or optical communication line.
  5. Impaired viewing or listening may result from a line that provides insufficient speed.
  6. If none of the above free player software is installed on your PC, click one of the icons below to download and install the player.

Note:

  1. We recommend a communication environment using an LTE or Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) connection.
  2. Impaired viewing or listening may result from a line that provides insufficient speed.

Document Viewing Software

Adobe Reader 9 or higher must be installed on your PC to view the PDF files on your desktop. If the free reader software is not already installed on your PC, click the icon below to download it.

How to activate Cookie

Internet Explorer

  1. From the "Tools" menu on your browser, select "Internet Options".
  2. Select the "Privacy" tab, and click the "Advanced" button.
  3. Check the "Override automatic cookie handling" check box.
  4. Check the "Accept" check box under the "First-party cookies" heading.
  5. Check the "Accept" check box under the "Third-party cookies" heading.
  6. Click the "OK" button.

Firefox

  1. Select "Options" from the "Firefox" button at the top of the screen, or from the "Tools" menu on the toolbar, and then select "Privacy".
  2. Select "Remember history" from the dropdown menu under the "History" heading. Or select "Use custom settings for history" from the dropdown menu and check "Accept cookies from sites".
  3. Click the "OK" button.

Google Chrome

  1. Go to the Google chrome settings Icon on the top right of the window and select "Settings".
  2. Click "Show advanced settings" and then click "Content setting" under the "Privacy" heading.
  3. Check the "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" check box under the "Cookie" heading.
  4. Click the "Done" button.

Safari

  1. Go to the Safari menu on the toolbar and select "Preferences".
  2. Click "Privacy" and then check the "From third parties and advertisers" and/or "Never" checkboxes under the heading "Block cookies".
  3. Click the exit button on the top left of the screen.

How to activate JavaScript

Internet Explorer

  1. Select "Internet Options" in the "Tools" menu located in your toolbar.
  2. Select "Security" tab, and click on "Custom Level".
  3. Check the "Enable" check box for Active Scripting, situated under "Scripting".
  4. Click the "OK" button.

Google Chrome

  1. Go to the Google chrome settings Icon on the top right of the window and select "Settings".
  2. Click "Show advanced settings" and then click "Content setting" under the "Privacy" heading.
  3. Check the "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)" check box under the "JavaScript" heading.
  4. Click the "Done" button.

Safari

  1. Go to the Safari menu on the toolbar and select "Preferences".
  2. Click "Security" and then check the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox under the heading "Web content".
  3. Click the exit button on the top left of the screen.
